VIDA is a boutique hospitality advisory firm based in Costa Rica, working with hotel groups, family offices and developers. We founded the VIDA retreat center, operated it, sold it to Selina Hotel Group, and spent five years helping them scale retreat centers across Central America.
Since then we have advised retreat centers, real estate developments and hospitality operations across six countries. Everything we recommend comes from having carried the risk ourselves.

I have spent 20 years in hospitality and real estate development, most of it in Costa Rica.
